Today on dt. 12/09/25, while on joint raid with Sinapali PS staffs, Nuapada Range, Mobile Unit staffs, under the direct supervision of Executive Magistrate, Sinapali 2 UC cases (i) firstly with seizure and destruction of 650 kgs wash and 40 ltr. IDL at Ranimunda forest area, PS - Sinapali.(ii) Secondly with seizure and destruction of 3600 kgs FM wash and 90 ltr IDL at Khairpadar Forest area PS - Sinapali were registered.2 claimed cases were registered U/S- 52(a)(i) of Odisha Excise Act, 2008 for Possession and transportation of 25ltr Of IDL. In this connection 2 accused namely (i) Paban Majhi at - Naikapada, Ranimunda PS- Sinapali for 10ltr. IDL (PR no - 167/25-26) (ii) Sibaram Majhi at - Majhipada, Ranimunda PS- - Sinapali for 15 ltr. IDL (PR no- 168/25-26) were arrested and forwarded to the Hon'ble court of JMFC, Sinapali.
